Top CRM Software Reviews for large, medium, and small businesses.

Today we did crm software reviews for sage act, sugar crm, planplus online, and zendesk to see what all the fuss was about.

Sage Act CRM Software Review

Cost: Sage ACT! 2011’s CRM Software Pro lists for about $171.99 ($126.95 for an upgrade) while the Premium costs $344.99 ($224.95 for an upgrade).

Features:

  • Contact Management
  • Marketing Automation
  • Salesforce Integration
  • Email Management
  • Lead Management
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Social Media Integration
  • Accounting Integration
  • Work Flow
  • Customizable
  • Online and/or Onsite

Compared to past crm software reviews for Act CRM, we blew a sigh of relief with the newest software version.  Significant upgrades have been made since then; like a thoughtful user experience, better design, accounting & social media integrations, and the featured we loved most….it worked and looked great on our smartphones.  As a customer, you can either choose an online version of the crm software…or if you want it on-site, that is still available as well.

A few negatives we noticed was a slightly annoying wait time in performing normal tasks.  A few of the menu items were hard to find.  However, it was robust, and affordable for your average CRM software which is why we gave it gets good reviews.

Infusion Soft CRM Software Review

Cost: Infusion Soft CRM ranges from $199/month-$999/month for enterprise versions.

Compared to Act, we found Infusion Soft CRM to top the charts.  No wonder it’s often referred to as the best CRM software available in the industry.  Perhaps the biggest difference that sets this CRM apart from others, was the integrated ecommerce features we haven’t been able to find anywhere else.  Top tier support and training also came standard with this one, a feature some other CRM softwares were charging extra for.

Hi Aina, That’s a great list of CRM software apps. We have used multiple CRM applications in the past and realised that there were so many features that we didn’t require. So, we recently switched to HappyFox (http://www.happyfox.com), a customer support tool and ticket management software, that suited our needs best. Its great user interface and powerful automation features have significantly improved our efficiency in delivering quality customer service. This in turn has resulted in higher customer satisfaction and retention ratings. HappyFox also comes with affordable monthly pay plans that have helped us stick to our budgets.
