Ronald S. Swift is an internationally known consultant, author, luminary, and strategist in the areas of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management, Business Performance Management, Enterprise Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, as well as Electronic Commerce.

For over 35 years, Swift has assisted hundreds of clients on six continents to achieve their strategies and goals. He has also delivered over 1000 speeches worldwide.

Ron is Vice-President, Cross Industry Business Solutions for Teradata Corp. Prior to joining Teradata in 1996, he was a senior partner with an International Consulting Firm, following a successful 22-year career at IBM.

Ron has been a guest lecturer at many leading universities and graduate business schools including: NWU’s Kellogg, Duke’s Fuqua, Penn’s Wharton, Rollins’ Crummer, Univ of St. Gallen in Switzerland, Univ of Augsburg in Germany, IPADE and Ibenez in Latin America, and is a Liofe Senior Executive Lecturer at The University of Georgia’s Terry Business School in Athens. He is also one of the founding directors of the Teradata University Network (TUN) online.

Ron is the author of the highly-rated book titled: "Accelerating Customer Relationships", and is currently working on another book about increasing business value and the economics of marketing through active customer and business performance analytics.
