The genesis of thinkaboutcrm.com came about because of my rumination or shall I say musings on the CRM industry. Being a veteran of customer relations in all its avatars – right from its infancy to the present technology driven juggernaut, I have deeply felt the absence of a neutral voice in this industry. Most of the information is provided by CRM companies which means more marketing than core CRM content.

I thought it is time we had a portal dedicated to CRM. A website which would be vendor neutral, highlighting various developments in this field - where everyone can contribute as well as learn in a collaborative environment.

I sincerely hope that thinkaboutcrm.com would become an outstanding site - a watering hole for the entire CRM community.
